Do I need to quit my job to attend?
No. Most participants continue working while completing our programs. We offer evening and weekend cohorts specifically designed for working professionals. The workload is substantial but manageable with disciplined time management.
What if I'm not based in Singapore?
Several programs offer hybrid or remote options. However, we've found that in-person collaboration significantly improves outcomes, especially for career transitions. If you're considering relocating to Singapore for tech opportunities, our programs can be part of that transition.
How do you evaluate applications?
We look for technical foundation appropriate to the program, clear career goals, and commitment to intensive learning. Previous programming experience helps but isn't always required. We care more about your ability to think critically and persist through challenges.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund if you withdraw before the program starts. After week one, prorated refund based on remaining weeks. After week two, no refunds, but you can transfer to a future cohort if circumstances change.
Do you offer job placement?
We don't guarantee placements, but we connect high-performing graduates with our hiring partners. About 60% of our alumni find new roles through our network. The rest leverage the skills independently. Your results depend primarily on your performance and the market, not our placement services.
